Life Coaching, from my perspective, allows you to strive for a more harmonious life, whilst tackling the issues that you perceive to be holding you back from attaining what you really want. It is much more results driven than Psychotherapy, in that there is a clear goal at the end which encompasses finding balance, overcoming various fears and stumbling blocks; both real and perceived. Working together, we can help you create a more authentic way of being in the world.

I believe that through creating a trusting and empathic relationship, we can work together by addressing the past and focus on the future to find out where you want to be, and get you on that path. You need to be prepared to look at all aspects of your life, to acknowledge the things you have the ability to change and perhaps accommodate some of things that you cannot. All that is needed from you is a willingness to work towards achieving balance and to allow yourself to be open-minded and challenged. Life coaching can increase your confidence, your ability to achieve a sense of purpose in life, and can create clarity through examining your goals, aspirations and determining what you really want for yourself at this stage of your life and in the future.
